Bioinformatics
The Idaho INBRE Bioinformatics Core has established technological and human resources that support biomedical research in Idaho. Bioinformatics have been incorporated into activities at various levels on every Idaho campus in the INBRE network.
There are areas of emphasis in three types of bioinformatics analyses used in Cell Signaling research: 1) evolutionary analysis at the University of Idaho, 2) gene expression analysis at Idaho State University, and 3) protein structure analysis and proteomics at Boise State University.
Each bioinformatics facility is available to faculty and students in every state institution via high-speed connections.
